Make A CEO AI Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, services, consultations, audits, artificial intelligence solutions, automation services, and related offerings provided by Make A CEO AI (“Make A CEO AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a service, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Make A CEO AI provides practical artificial intelligence, automation, business-process analysis, implementation, consulting, and related services designed to help businesses identify opportunities to save time, reduce unnecessary work, improve operations, improve follow-up, and potentially increase revenue.
Services may include, but are not limited to:

AI Money Maps
AI Quick Win implementations
AI Growth Setups
AI Care Plans
Workflow and automation development
AI-assisted business systems
Process analysis and recommendations
Training, support, and optimization
The exact scope of any implementation service may be further described in an order form, invoice, proposal, statement of work, checkout page, or other written agreement.
2. AI Money Audit
The AI Money Audit is a diagnostic and consulting service designed to identify areas of a business where time, money, opportunities, or operational efficiency may be improved.
The audit may include review of information supplied by the customer, a consultation, analysis of business processes, identification of potential opportunities, and preparation of an AI Money Map or similar recommendations.
The AI Money Audit does not guarantee that a particular opportunity exists or that implementing a recommendation will produce a particular financial result.
3. Audit Credit Toward Implementation
Where advertised at the time of purchase, the amount paid for an AI Money Audit may be credited toward a qualifying implementation service purchased from Make A CEO AI.
For example, when a $99 AI Money Audit qualifies for the credit and the customer proceeds with a $750 AI Quick Win, the $99 audit payment may be applied toward that implementation, leaving $651 toward the Quick Win.
The audit credit:
Has no cash value
Is not transferable to another person or business unless approved by us
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Applies only to qualifying Make A CEO AI implementation services
Cannot be combined with other credits or promotions unless expressly stated
Any additional conditions or expiration period applicable to a promotional credit will be disclosed with the applicable offer.
4. Implementation Services
Implementation services may involve building, configuring, connecting, testing, or improving AI systems, automations, CRM workflows, communication systems, follow-up processes, or other business technology.
The customer understands that the exact technology used may vary based on the business's existing systems, needs, budget, technical limitations, and the solution being implemented.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Make A CEO AI may determine the reasonable technical approach used to deliver the agreed business outcome.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and timely information reasonably necessary for us to perform the services.
Depending on the project, customers may also be responsible for:
Providing access to necessary software and business systems
Maintaining required third-party subscriptions or accounts
Providing timely approvals and feedback
Testing or reviewing workflows when requested
Ensuring they have the legal right to provide information and system access
Ensuring their own use of implemented systems complies with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and industry requirements
Project timelines may be affected if required information, access, approvals, content, or feedback are delayed.
6. Third-Party Software and Costs
Our services may use or integrate with third-party software, including CRM platforms, artificial intelligence services, communication providers, scheduling systems, payment processors, automation platforms, APIs, and other technology.
Unless specifically included in writing, third-party subscription fees, usage charges, messaging charges, API fees, advertising costs, or other third-party expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Make A CEO AI does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, functionality, integrations, policies, or performance.
A third-party platform changing, limiting, suspending, or discontinuing a feature may require modification of an implementation and may result in additional work or costs.
7. AI Limitations
Artificial intelligence systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected outputs.
AI and automation should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate human judgment in situations involving legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, regulatory, or other high-risk decisions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and maintaining appropriate human oversight for their particular business and use case.
8. Estimates, ROI and No Guarantee of Results
Any revenue opportunity, savings estimate, time-savings estimate, return-on-investment calculation, projection, forecast, or other financial estimate provided by Make A CEO AI is an estimate based on information available at the time and assumptions made during our analysis.
For example, an opportunity may be presented as:
“Based on your current numbers, this could save approximately…”
Such estimates represent potential opportunities and are not guarantees of actual results.
Actual results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including customer implementation, business conditions, employees, lead volume, customer behavior, third-party software, market conditions, data quality, and other variables.
Make A CEO AI does not guarantee increased revenue, reduced expenses, specific savings, additional customers, specific conversion rates, or any particular financial result.
9. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is displayed at checkout or otherwise agreed upon before service begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects priced below $1,000 are due in full before implementation begins.
Current or advertised pricing may include offerings such as:
AI Money Audit: $99
AI Quick Win: $750
AI Growth Setup: starting at $1,500
AI Care Plan: starting at $299 per month
Prices may change for future purchases. The price applicable to a customer is the price accepted at the time of that particular purchase or agreement.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
10. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling
Because Make A CEO AI provides professional services, consulting, analysis, digital work, and customized implementation, payments are generally considered earned as work is performed.
Any refund, cancellation, or rescheduling rights specifically stated on a checkout page, proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement will control for that purchase.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, purchasing a service does not guarantee an unconditional right to a refund after work has begun or customized deliverables have been created.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please use the scheduling options provided or contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Make A CEO AI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary.
11. AI Care Plan and Recurring Services
If a customer purchases an AI Care Plan or another recurring service, charges will recur according to the billing frequency disclosed when the service is purchased.
Recurring services may include monitoring, maintenance, optimization, employee support, workflow improvements, and ongoing recommendations as described in the applicable plan.
Customers may request cancellation of future recurring service according to the cancellation instructions applicable to their plan. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for services already provided or a billing period already begun, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
12. SMS Terms and Consent
Make A CEO AI may operate SMS messaging programs for customers who voluntarily provide their mobile number and opt in to receive text messages.
Depending on the consent provided, messages from Make A CEO AI may include appointment requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling communications, AI Money Audit updates, service updates, account-related communications, customer support messages, and, where separately authorized, marketing messages regarding services, offers, or promotions.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact Make A CEO AI using the contact information provided below.
After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive messages covered by that SMS consent unless you subsequently provide valid consent again.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our collection and use of personal information associated with messaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Email Communications
Customers may receive transactional or service-related emails concerning purchases, appointments, requested services, deliverables, customer support, or their relationship with Make A CEO AI.
Where applicable, promotional emails will include an appropriate method for unsubscribing.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent service-related communications necessary to fulfill an active purchase, appointment, or customer relationship.
14. Confidentiality and Business Information
During an engagement, customers may provide non-public information about their business, operations, workflows, customers, employees, finances, technology, or processes.
We will use reasonable care in handling non-public business information and will use such information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
Customers should not provide passwords, highly sensitive personal information, protected health information, full financial-account credentials, or other sensitive data through ordinary forms, email, or text messages unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method.
15. Intellectual Property
Make A CEO AI retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, templates, frameworks, know-how, processes, training materials, reusable automation components, and other materials developed independently of a specific customer's project.
Upon full payment, customers may use final customized deliverables created specifically for their business for their own internal business purposes, subject to any third-party software licenses and any different written agreement between the parties.
Third-party software, AI models, applications, and other technology remain subject to the intellectual-property rights and license terms of their respective owners.
16. Acceptable Use
Customers may not knowingly use our services or systems we implement to:
Violate applicable law
Send unlawful spam or unauthorized communications
Infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights
Commit fraud or deception
Distribute malicious software
Circumvent platform security or access controls
Engage in unlawful discrimination or other prohibited conduct
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services where we reasonably believe continued service would facilitate unlawful activity, abuse, platform violations, or material risk to Make A CEO AI or others.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Make A CEO AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make A CEO AI's aggregate liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Make A CEO AI by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Make A CEO AI and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another party's rights, or information, instructions, or materials you provide to us.
19. Termination or Suspension of Services
We may suspend or terminate services if a customer materially violates these Terms, fails to make required payments, abuses our staff or systems, uses services unlawfully, creates material security or compliance risks, or fails to provide required cooperation necessary to perform the work.
Where practical, we will attempt to communicate material issues before termination.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise required or permitted by law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state in which Make A CEO AI's legal operating entity is organized or principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable checkout terms, order forms, proposals, statements of work, invoices, policies, and written agreements accepted by the customer, constitute the agreement governing the applicable services.
If a specific written service agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written agreement will control for that service.
